Chandlers Of Horncastle Staff Trial Nettex

Emma trialed the Summer Fly Cream for her ardennes mare (Moomin). Moomin has a docked tail so struggles swatting the flys and often gets sweaty teats. The Fly Cream helped as Moomin used to bleed terribly from fly bites, now being fly free Moomin is much more content. I really rate this product as its really easy to apply and lasts up to a week.

Emma also trialed the Bit Wipes which she found very handy as you don’t need water to clean if your not near a tap so they are great for on the go.

I trialed the Gut Balancer for a 7 year old Welsh section D mare Caitlin. I always thought Caitlin had a bit of an upset gut as her droppings are always very loose and can be qutie a stressy mare. Also, Caitlin has a habbit of sucking her tounge for a unknown reason. Since using the Gut Balancer her droppings are more of a normal shape and she has really cut down on the amount of times she sucks her tounge and rarely does it at all now, so I have bought a big tub of it to keep it a permanent part of her diet.

I also trialed Bit Wipes for a 4 year old welsh Section A stallion, Gruffydd, although I didn’t find they helped with mouthing or making the bit more appealing I did find them handy to have on the lorry for last minute touch ups inbetween classes and I would buy them again.
