CORONAVIRUS UPDATE FROM NETTEX

Through the evolving challenge of COVID-19 it is important that we keep you updated on the steps we are taking to keep our team and you, our customer, safe and serviced.

For the last week all office functions have been working 100% remotely and this will continue for an initial period of 3 weeks in line with Government advice.

All sales, field support, office support and customer services teams are as always fully committed to supporting you during these challenging times. Please continue to contact them as normal.

Everyone across our business is working extremely hard to provide our usual service. Your business continuity is our priority so please bear with us as we accommodate a higher than normal volume of calls and orders. If your business had made any changes to the way it accepts deliveries, or your demand changes, please inform our team as soon as possible to help us try to accommodate your requirements.

All manufacturing operations and distribution channels continue to operate to full complement at this point. Steps have been taken to implement smart working measures such as shift pattern changes to accommodate social distancing measures. This continues to be an evolving situation and we will continue to communicate with you should anything change.
