RETAILER INSTRUCTIONS

In the event that a customer wishes to return a V.I.P Product please advise them as follows:

  • Go to www.nettexequine.com/range/VIP and read the instructions on how to claim.
  • Claims can be made via email only
  • Ask them to return the remaining product along with a note of their full name and email address to:

  • If a valid claim is submitted, then they will receive a direct credit to the RRP of the product plus the 2nd class standard postage rate for up to a 2kg parcel of ¬£3.20.

    In the event that your claim is successful we require bank details to supply a refund, please provide your sort code, bank account number and card holder name. Credit will be paid to the account in the event that your claim is validated. You will be updated on the progress of your claim via email. You should be notified within 30 days.
