V.I.P. Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The offer is open only to residents of the UK aged 16 and over. The guarantee is not open to employees of Rumenco Ltd, their families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. No bulk, automated or third party claims will be accepted.
  3. The guarantee is restricted to one claim per product per household.
  4. The qualifying product must have been purchased no longer than 30 days before receipt of an application for a refund by Rumenco Ltd (trading as Nettex) with respect to the following qualifying products:
    • V.I.P. Keep Kalm
    • V.I.P. So Sound
    • V.I.P. Acid Shield
    • V.I.P. In The Balance
    • V.I.P. Gut Thrive
    • V.I.P. Miracle Mare
    • And 90 days in respect of V.I.P. Hoof Builder.
  5. The refund will be for only one item per named product from the qualifying product list in Clause 4 plus a flat postage fee of £3.20 to cover 2nd class postage on parcels up to 2kg.
  6. The refund will be for the lesser of either the retail price of the qualifying product, as shown on the receipt provided or against Nettex published RRP at that time from the list given in clause 4.
  7. Only valid applications will be accepted. Till receipts cannot be returned. A valid application comprises of:
  • Name of the product.
  • Product Size
  • The reason/s why you did not believe the product was effective (minimum 20 words).
  • Store name and postcode where the product was purchased.
  • The original till receipt showing clearly the purchase date, product description and the amount paid.
  • Height, weight, age and breed of horse product was being given to.
  • Date when the product was first given to the horse(s) and the number of consecutive days that the product was fed.
  • The amount of product you gave the horse each day.
  • Information regarding any other supplements or veterinary treatment the horse may be receiving.
  • Your name, address with postcode, email address and telephone number.
  • Bank sort code, account number and account holder name for a credit to be paid to, in the event that your claim is validated. You will be updated on the progress of your claim via email. You should be notified within 30 days.
  1. Failure to provide the above information together with the original till receipt and the remaining product in its original packaging will render the claim invalid.
  2. No liability will be accepted for applications lost, undelivered, incomplete, illegible, damaged or delayed in the post.  Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
  3. Refunds will be made by Nettex. Once the claim has been validated, the purchaser will be informed by email, and the credit made by BACS transfer within 30 days.
  4. By submitting a claim, claimants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  5. The manufacturer reserves the right to amend or withdraw this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
  6. The manufacturer’s decision is final and binding in all matters.

  9. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
